Eva has a degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from the Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa and a post graduate degree in Business Management which have been instrumental in her ability to design and implement numerous successful development skills projects for a variety of companies in Europe, Africa and Asia.
Using her skills, Eva has managed end to end solutions from needs assessment and programme designing to delivering soft skills transformation and coaching for all levels of personnel including middle and top management within client organisations.
As a specialist in soft skills, clients use Eva’s expertise to help them improve their commercial skills in leadership, sales, negotiation and communication. Further expertise extends to recruitment and selection, change management and organisational climate studies.
Eva has a special interest in multicultural projects and has utilised her experience over many industries including pharma, IT, consulting, consumer goods, finance, retail, telecoms and energy.
Part of the Huthwaite trainer team for 9 years, Eva is a popular trainer delivering both local projects and as part of multinational implementations in Europe. Eva specialises in selling, negotiation and coaching skills.
