Ana Tereza has a Masters Degree in Human Resources (Instituto Superior de Gestão de Lisboa) and a Degree in Law (Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Clássica de Lisboa).
A former Human Resource Director for multinational companies in Portugal, as General Motors and McDonald´s, and for the biggest national IT company Novabase, amongst other companies and missions, she has extensive experience in leading Human Resources Management Projects, Organizational Development, Change Management and Training. She now manages the Huthwaite International team and operation in Portugal.
