YouGov survey findings hail listening skills as a key sales trait

A recent study by Huthwaite International reveals that decision-makers think listening skills are essential to being a successful sales person however do not see asking questions as a very important sales trait.

The research, conducted through the national YouGov survey of business decision-makers, showed that while 73% of respondents consider good listening skills as important, only 22% think being inquisitive is a key sales trait.
