FAQ

Will I need to download an app or any specific software?

Our chosen virtual delivery technology is Zoom, so if you have not used Zoom before you will need to install some software before your session starts. However, if you require alternative video conferencing technologies, we can discuss how our virtual programme could work on your chosen platform.

How is the training course delivered?

Our SPIN Selling courses are now being held virtually due to Covid-19. The sales training will be delivered across 2 weeks in 4 x 3 hour sessions, with time in between virtual sessions to practice your skills.

Are there any requirements for taking the training course?

No - there are no requirements or qualifications needed to take this course. If you are involved with sales, or responsible for sales performance and development, this course is for you.
